Hi, my name is Maria and I am a Professional Chef based in Boca Raton, Florida. I started cooking when I was fourteen years old and it quickly became my passion.

After completing culinary school, I spent months training in Agriturismo and Trattoria on Lake Garda. Since moving to the USA in 1998, I have been creating authentic Italian dining experiences for families and private events throughout South Florida.
