About Chef Maria

My Culinary Journey

Hi, my name is Maria and I am a Professional Chef based in Boca Raton, Florida. I started cooking when I was fourteen years old and it quickly became my passion.

After completing culinary school, I spent months at a time training in Agriturismo and Trattoria located in Lake Garda. The rolling hills, the fresh produce, and the centuries-old recipes became the foundation of everything I cook.

After moving to the USA in 1998, I started cooking for families and private events in the Palm Beach Area. At the moment I reside in Broward County and I am available to anyone that would like to experience "a dinner in Italy" in the comfort of their home.

A Life in the Kitchen

1984

Started cooking at age fourteen in Italy, discovering a lifelong passion for authentic cuisine.

1990s

Trained extensively in Agriturismo and Trattoria on the shores of Lake Garda, mastering regional Italian cooking.

1998

Moved to the USA and began cooking for families and private events throughout the Palm Beach Area.

Today

Based in Broward County, serving South Florida with intimate dinners that transport guests straight to Italy.
